CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) is the great interface to converge the Information and Communication, so application software could implement the feature to handle the telephone call and related information by standard open protocol. The others are special applications with Hybrex proprietary protocol to meet varied requirement of our customers.

PMS Application - Fedelio Compliant

The PMS solution that exists between the Phone systems and Micros Opera/Fidelio PMS is a bi-directional interface that exchanges information and updates the software database in both systems. The result is a seamless integration that automatically updates the telephone system and property management system without having to duplicate effort.

Hybrex Applications

There are bundles of software for different applications.

CAS (Call Accounting System) is to calculate the precise telephone cost for billing or management purposes.
Hotel CAS is dedicated software for Hotel applications.
CT Star is an integrated software pack with those features, such as CRM, Call Handling and Administration for Access Control Phones.
CT Server provides an intermediate media link to the phone system by a LAN interface and converts the appropriate protocol for 3rd party applications.
PC Console contains many trunk and extension access keys with proper indication for attendant console to manipulate calls easily.

	CAS (Call Accounting System)	CAS (Call Accounting System) is windows-based software that can calculate the call cost based on pre-arranged parameters. CAS is situated on the outside of the PBX and linked with the PBX through an RS232 or Ethernet port. It can work as a server that keep all the CDRs (Call Detail Recording) data and allow some special client applications, such as Hotel CAS, to access its required information. 	CT Server	CT Server is a software package containing multiple applications. The most popular software packages are Agent, CM (Contact Manager) and PC console. Besides, the CAS (Call Accounting System) and AM (Access Manager) could also be included in this same platform. CT Server is linked with Gx series telephone system through Ethernet port. It works as Server, the Agent, CM, AM are Client applications. The PC console is another outstanding application. It is listed separately in our products section.
	Hotel CAS (Call Accounting Software)	It is an ideal solution for small and medium Motel/Hotels. It can do most of the jobs of the hotel receptionist and housekeeping. For instance: check in, check out, check room status, make room reservation, mini bar, etc.
	PC Console	PC Console is a Client application; the server will be the CT Server. The CT Server is linked to the Gx series system with an Ethernet port and the PC Console to the CT Server also through LAN connection. More than one PC console can be installed, but the number will be limited by the computing capacity of CT Server.
