PC Console

PC Console is a Client application; the server will be the CT Server. The CT Server is linked to the Gx series system with an Ethernet port and the PC Console to the CT Server also through LAN connection. More than one PC console can be installed, but the number will be limited by the computing capacity of CT Server.

- There are many information windows for console while it handles the calls. Such as: Telephone Operation Window to show the current operation status, Call Queuing widow to show who is queuing on the which line and how long has been queuing. Extension status widow could let console search the extension by extension number or name and then reflect its current detail status immediately after searched.
- Trunk window could show 40 sets of trunk group with 22 lines in each trunk group. It means each PC console could monitor 880 trunk lines.
- Extension window could show 8 groups with 3 pages at each group. There are maximum 60 extensions could be monitored in one page. It means each PC Console could monitor 1440 extensions.
- PC Console also equipped with a telephone-like dial key pad with some special function buttons, so that, PC console could operate the calls more easily.
